Hi All,

You will be receiving your October tuition bills via email over the weekend.  Your monthly (Oct) tuition is due at this time.  Payments can be made at either the Elementary or Middle School Centers-at the Parks and Recreation office (hours 8 am-4 pm) by telephone to the Rec Office (845-526-3292) using your credit/debit card.  At only the Elementary site can you use your credit/debit card. 

By now you should have received a flyer regarding the November additional childcare days.  If you have already reserved your spot-payment is due at this time.  If it is your child's regular day to attend the program,  you must still register electronically at https://reg.pvpr.com and pay the additional fee.  Registration for these days will stay open until October 20th.

The school district has asked that we please remind you that if your child is attending the PM Children's Center program, you must send a note to the teacher stating the days that your child will be staying after school.  You can most certainly send a permanent note for the school year.  However, if there is a change in the schedule, a note must be sent in.  I understand there has been some confusion regarding the Children's Center kids.
