Hi All,

Happy Back to School!  Looking so forward to seeing all our old friends and meeting all our new friends!

Just some housekeeping that needs to be attended to before we get started next Wednesday 9/5.  The PVCC at the Elementary School is located in the PV Elementary School cafeteria.  You must knock to enter the building.  We do have a staff person working the door, so you shouldn't be standing outside for long.

The AM program at the Elementary School opens at 7:00 AM.  New parents please park and walk your child into the program for the first day or two. Once you and your child are familiar with the AM drop off-many parents pull to the side to let their child out of the car.  PLEASE wait until you see your child enter the building.  PLEASE be mindful to make sure you pull over to the side when dropping your child so the school employees can get around the circle and park their cars. 

Children that are attending the after school program at both the Elementary and Middle School, must have a note to the teacher for the first day they are attending and always if the schedule is changing.  If your child is scheduled to attend the PM program and there is a change of plans, please notify the school in writing and also let us know by leaving a phone message or an email to myself or Annie.  This helps to avoid confusion at the end of the school day for all.  The Elementary School has a note pad that is provided for such notes.  You may continue to use the pads that have been provided from previous years.  Kindergarten parents are receiving the notepads at orientation.  If you do not have the notepad, just use regular paper-JUST PLEASE SEND IN A NOTE TO LET THE TEACHER KNOW THAT YOUR CHILD IS NOT TO GO HOME ON THE BUS!

The PM program closes at 6 PM at both schools.  If you are going to be late, please call the Center and let us know. 

You must provide the 4 digit code that you provided on your child's registration to pick up your child.  Ladies please share the code with your significant others!

Our Middle School program is located in Room 142 on the lower floor.  To enter the building to pick up you child, you must use the courtyard door to the right-there is a bell there for you to ring to enter the building.
