Attached please find a Parent Survey from the Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam. Thought perhaps some of you might like to complete it. All survey participants will be entered to win a $100 Visa Gift card. The information that the Child Care Council gathers helps them to serve families in the Dutchess and Putnam area more effectively.
