Hi All, Just a reminder that your November tuition is due this Friday, October 20th. You are paying for the month of November. Payment can be made by phone using a credit/debit card at PVPR 845-526-3292, at the Centers-credit card can only be accepted at the Elementary School, or at the Recreation Office - open 8 am- 4 pm. We are unable to keep your credit card info on file and you cannot pay on our website. Just a quickie about the additional childcare days that are coming up. On Thursday 11/2, the Elementary kids only will dismiss at 12 pm. We are having a harvest day. The kids will be decorating pumpkins and doing "harvest" type games. When I asked what they were doing that day. I was told "harvest" things! LOL! For the Bronx Zoo trip on 11/7, all kids will go on the trip. We start at the Elementary school- leaving the building at 9 am to return to the Parks and Rec building by 5:45 pm. Both the Elementary and Middle school kids are off on this day. On the half day dismissal for the Elementary kids on 11/9, we will be having a Wizard day. We are having a Wizard come in to perform. She will be face painting the kids whole faces. If you don't want your child's face painted, please let one of us know prior to the event. They will make magic potions, eat magic cupcakes and watch a Harry Potter movie. Registration is required at this time for some additional days of childcare we are offering for November. Registration for these additional days of childcare are done electronically at www.reg.pvpr.com.. it is under Programs ->Children's Center->Registration-> Special Days. Registration for these additional days will close after 10/20. If you register and pay for the days and find you no longer need the child care that day, a refund will only be issued if we can fill your child's spot. If you have registered for these days , PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. This was stated on the sheet that we mailed home! Some of you are being charged a late fee because you have not paid as of yet for the days you registered for. If you make good on these with payment by 10/20 , Annie and I will remove the late fee.
