Hi All,

The Children's Center is asked each year to relocate to the Gymnasium to allow for the school budget vote to take place in the cafeteria at the Elementary School.  With that being said, next Monday afternoon 5/15, the PM session will take place in the gymnasium.  Then on Tuesday 5/16, both the AM session and PM session will be conducted out of the gym.

For the AM program, we will have a staff person sitting at the curb (it's usually me and it always rains!).  We ask that you pull close to the curb so others can pass-and your child will be escorted into the PVCC.  For pick up in the afternoon session, you will park and walk through the alleyway to the loading dock door.  We will have a staff member there to let you into the building.  During this time, because we will be away from our landline, our cell number is 845-656-5298. 

In the past, the district has had someone in the parking lot only allowing you to park only if you are voting.  So you may be directed to park in the lot at the back of the school  or you could go in and cast your vote for the school budget and then drop off/retrieve your child from the Center.
