On Friday, October 9th, the PV Schools will have an Emergency Evacuation Drill They will dismiss 15 minutes early The PV Children's Center at both the Elementary and Middle School will open 15 minutes earlier to accommodate your children

During the month of November and December 2015, the PV Schools have days that they are closed or operate on a half-day schedule due to Staff Development or Parent/Teacher Conferences The Putnam Valley Children's Center offers care at both schools for these days!

When you log into your account to sign up for these Special Days of childcare, you will see the dates that we are offering care You will also see that there is an additional fee for these additional days However please take note that we lowered the price for these days from last year and have also offered a 50% discount for siblings We are staying onsite for most days filling them with special activities that we can't do during the normal confines of the Children's Center hours

To sign up for these day you must go onto our groovy website, under the Child Center tab->Registration->Special Days Registration Please note that if the box is shaded, it is because that day does not pertain to your child's school The website address is: https://reg pvpr com

Payment is expected at the time of registration You will be given 2 business days to make payment for the days you selected Failure to make payment, will result in your child being bumped from the program We do have a capacity number for each day, so you may be bumped and then unable to get into the program for that day

The Town of Putnam Valley does not offer you the ability to pay online Please print your invoice if paying in person at the Children's Center or Parks and Rec Credit/Debit card payments can be made via telephone 845-526-3292 after 10:30 am

There are no refunds for these days-UNLESS we can fill your child's spot with another child Refunds will only be issued as credit toward the Children's Center

REGISTRATION FOR THE NOVEMBER DAYS IS DUE ON OCTOBER 20TH WITH YOUR NOVEMBER TUITION PAYMENT The December days will be due November 20th with your December tuition payment Just remember though that there is a capacity number on each day and you may get locked out due to numbers!
