Hi All, You should have all received the following in a letter by postal mail at this time This is a reminder to all that plan on using us next year

The PVCC 2015-16 registration begins on June 3, 2015 It will run until the program is filled to capacity-it is on a first come, first serve basis The Elementary School has a license for 80 children in both the AM and PM session, and the Middle School site can accommodate 50 children

All registrations must be completed online at https://reg pvpr com Again, the registration website will not allow you to register until June 3, 2015

At the time of registration, full payment is expected for the month of September You will have 15 days after you have registered to make a payment Payments can be made by check or cash at the Children's Center or Parks and Rec, all credit card payments must be made in person or by phone at Parks and Recreation 845-526-3292 Failure to submit a full payment will result in child being removed from the childcare program for September

September payments are non-refundable Refunds will not be issued without a Doctor's note

DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CHILD if having difficulties on the website Please reach out to myself or Annie and we will help you navigate through the system

                                                    We Have Made Some Changes for September 2015

* We will no longer be offering Vacation Care during the school breaks We will however, continue to offer childcare during half-day dismissal for both schools and Superintendent Conference days A list of days we will be offering childcare will be available in early September * All schedule changes will now be charged a $10 administrative fee * When registering for Additional childcare days (half-days, Superintendent conference Days) payment is expected the following business day or the child's registration will be removed from the additional childcare day program * LATE FEES WILL BE ENFORCED!
