THE PUTNAM VALLEY CHILDREN’S CENTER REGISTRATION FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BEGIN ON JUNE 3, 2015 AND CONTINUE UNTIL THE PROGRAM IS FULL! This year the PVCC will run Registration beginning on June 3, 2015 We will continue to run it until the program closes out In the past, the childcare program has closed due to maximum enrollment QUICKLY! We have a license for 80 children in both the AM and PM program at the Elementary School Our Middle School program has a license for 50 enrollees Therefore, the registration for the Putnam Valley Children’s Center is on a first come, first serve basis All child registrations must be completed online at https://reg pvpr com You may also access the database by going to pvpr com on the Children’s Center page and look for the prompt ACTIVITIES ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION (in red) HOWEVER, REGISTRATION WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL JUNE 3RD! If you need help with retrieving your username, Annie and I can help with that You must go through the website for a lost password This might be a good time to start thinking about this, prior to June 3rd
If having difficulties, please DO NOT create a whole new account for your child! Reach out to myself or Annie and we will assist you We now have a computer in Parks and Rec for parent access if necessary To register online you must go to the website above and do the following: (1) Check over your billing information (2) Edit your child’s information into our system in the “Enrollment” section (Remember to change your child’s grade for September!) (3) Register for the Children’s Center-under the Programs tab You can access the website and edit your billing and child’s information prior to June 3rd However, registering for the actual program will not open until June 3, 2015 Your child’s registration is not complete until payment has been made At the time of registration, full payment is expected for the month of September You will have 15 days after you have registered to make a payment Payments can be made by check or cash at the Children’s Center Credit card payments must be made by telephone at Parks and Recreation 845-526-3292 Failure to submit a full payment will result in your child being removed from the childcare program for September
September payments are non-refundable Refunds will not be issued without a Doctor’s note
CHANGES FOR SEPTEMBER 2015 • We will no longer be offering Vacation Care during the school breaks We will however, continue to offer childcare during half-day dismissal for both schools and Superintendent Conference days A list of the days we will be offering childcare will be available in early September • All schedule changes will now be charged a $10 administrative fee • When registering for Additional childcare days (half-days, Superintendent Conference Days) payment is expected the following business day or the child’s registration will be removed from the additional childcare day program • LATE FEES WILL BE ENFORCED!
