Hello Day Camp Friends!!!!

Hope this email finds you all well and ready for summer at the Putnam Valley Day Camp!!

Putnam Valley Day Camp registration opens on Monday, March 2nd, 2015 TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT FROM MARCH 2 THROUGH APRIL 6, 2015! After April 6th, all prices will increase The Early Bird Discount flyer is attached below

If your child attended our camp last summer, you can enter the website prior to 3/2 and update your billing information and edit your child's information However, choosing the dates your child attends will not be available until 3/2/15 Once registration opens on 3/2, it is open to the public After enrolling your child (or updating your child's enrollment information), you will then choose the weeks your child will attend our program via the Day Camp registration page

Payment will secure your child's camp registration At the time of registration a 25% deposit is required Payment can be made at the Parks and Recreation office from 10 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday Credit card payments can be made also by telephone at 845-526-3292

All balances are due by June 2, 2015

New this year on the website, is the mandatory entry of your child's photo The system will not allow you to proceed without uploading the photograph The photograph must meet these following criteria: * Photograph of the child only, full face * File in * jpg format * File size between 50KB and 4MB

The photograph is uploaded during the child enrollment entry or edit of an existing enrollment

Under the Documentation tab, you will find the Day Camp Activity Calendar, Teen travel trips, Parent Manual, Early Bird Discount flyer, and information regarding the Before and After Camp Childcare program This information can also be found on the Parks and Recreation website- www pvpr com

Please be aware of our refund policies, which are stated on the Early Bird Flyer under the Documentation tab

Physicals and immunization records are still required by the Putnam County Department of Health They must be current-within one year of when our camp ends We would like all of these documents in the Parks and Recreation office by June 2nd If your child's yearly is upcoming, please submit a copy of the current physical and the date of the physical appointment The fax number can be found under the documentation tab on the Early Bird Discount flyer
