Just a reminder that Monday, August 25th is the last day for those of you that have reserved spots to submit your online registration and make payment for September Starting on Tuesday, August 26th any remaining spots will be open to those that are on our waiting list Unfortunately your $50 deposit is non-refundable, You were notified by mail of balances due and how to electronically register your child with ample time to complete WE ARE STILL MISSING MANY REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS!!

To register online, go to http://reg pvpr com and create a billing account and complete your child's information The system WILL NOT allow you to register your child You must then call myself or Annie at the Parks and Recreation Office (845-526-3292 ) and we will manually register you We had to do this because you all saved the spots and we couldn't allow the general public to take your spaces

HOWEVER, We will not reserve spots next year We will do our registration for the 2014-15 school year electronically sometime in the early Spring The registration date will be advertised on our Facebook page, by this mass email, and at all PVCC sites It will be done on a first come, first serve basis

We are adding as I type this email, the Monthly Tuition Statement Form and the Full Year Tuition Statement We are no longer offering the option for a three month payment plan You may now pay monthly or at time of registration pay for the entire school year You will be notified electronically when payment are due At this time, you will still pay at the Centers or by phone with credit card The next phase of this computer program, is for you to make the payment online
