Hi All, I have a lot to share-please bear with me!
1) The PVCC is closed on Monday, May 26th for Memorial Day School is in session on Friday, May 23 so the Center will operate during it's normal hours 2) The PVCC at the Elementary School is on the move to accommodate the School Budget Vote on Tuesday, May 20th in the Cafeteria We will be operating out of the New Gym in the Elementary School on Monday, May 19 for the PM session and Tuesday, May 20 for both the AM and PM session You will drop your child in the morning at the curb by the Loading Dock (little alleyway next to the Cafeteria) and enter through the Loading Dock for pick up in the afternoon We will using our cell phone for incoming and outgoing calls during this time-the number is 845-656-5298
3) Your June tuition is due on May 20th, BUT WE DON'T WANT TO TAKE IN MONEY WHEN WE ARE RELOCATED IN THE GYM So your June tuition payment is due on Wednesday, June 21st The June tuition sheet is attached below 4) Registrations for the half-day dismissal on Wednesday, June 25th for the Elementary kids bowling trip is due on May 21th This will be our last afternoon of childcare for the Elementary School If this is your child's regular day to attend, you must still register to attend the bowling trip and pay the additional fee The tuition sheet for this half day (for the ES kids only) is also attached below The cost of this day of childcare is $40 00 Thanks- Lisa Kroohs :) PV Parks and Rec
