Hello again, The Putnam Valley Day Camp Early Bird Registration will close at midnight on Monday, April 7th Starting on Tuesday, April 8th, the cost of day camp will increase to $1450 for the full 8 week session and $220 per individual weeks

If you have registered your child electronically, received an invoice and have not put down a deposit the Early Bird discount rate WILL NOT be honored after April 7th

If you have registered your child and we have not received a deposit, your child's space HAS NOT BEEN RESERVED YET! The Putnam Valley Day Camp holds a permit with the Department of Health for camp that allows us a capacity of 200 campers We are very close to reaching this number, so I am urging you to put down your deposit to secure your child's enrollment

You can get to the registration website, by visiting our pvpr com website, go to Day Camp and you will see online registration-click and it will take you directly to the reg pvpr com database There are directions to get you through the process online and if you get stuck, Annie and I are available by telephone to guide you through

When registering your child there are 3 steps you must complete 1) Create a billing account 2) Enroll your child 3) Register your child for the weeks of camp you would like them to attend-this will bring you to an invoice with your amount due

You must then put down a deposit to reserve your child's space Payments can be made by credit card over the telephone 845 526 3292 , or you may drop by the PV Recreation Office with a check or cash NOW YOUR CHILD IS ENROLLED IN OUR DAY CAMP PROGRAM!!

Photographs and physicals with immunizations are still required-they can be uploaded, emailed or dropped at Parks and Rec

All Day Camp balances are due by June 2, 2014
