Hi Folks, Attached please find our Early Bird rates for 2014 Our Early Bird discount will run differently this year than in the past You will be given an opportunity to receive the discount for 4 weeks from 3/3/14-4/7/14 We will not be hosting Super Saturday sign up days After the deadline date of 4/7/14 our rates will increase and the sibling discount will no longer be available
We are excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to register for the PV Day Camp online at https://reg pvpr com Payment however will not be accepted online, so you must make the payment in person, by telephone or through the mail Your child’s registration will be incomplete until payment is received! When coming in to Parks and Recreation to make a payment on an online registration, you must bring a copy of your confirmation email or online invoice with you If paying by phone, you must tell us the transaction ID The PV Day camp has a permit for 200 campers, so early registration is recommended
To receive the Early Bird discount, a 25% deposit is required when registering your child Additional payments may be made at your preference Deposits are only refundable until May 1 (minus a $50 administrative fee) After May 1, deposits are non-refundable All day camp balances are due by June 2, 2014
You must still submit your child’s most recent physical examination and immunizations The examination must have taken place within one year of when camp ends You may submit it via email to daycamp@pvpr com, by fax 845-306-2114, send via USPS mail or drop it by PV Parks and Recreation office Your child’s photograph may be uploaded during enrollment on the new website (*jpg or * jpeg images only, no larger than 4MB in size) You may also drop off a picture at the PV Parks & Recreation office
If unable to register electronically, all forms are available on PVPR com or at the Parks and Recreation office This camp season we will not be refunding money for missed camp hours or days Refunds will only be issued with a Doctor’s note Try registering electronically-it’s really cool!
