Hi Folks- Thought this might be a good time to go over the PV Children's Center weather policies: * If the PVCSD closes for the day, the PV Children's Center is closed * If the PVCSD is on a two hour delayed opening, the PV Children's Center will also be on a two hour delayed opening
* If the PVCSD cancels after school activities during the school day, we will remain open HOWEVER, we close promptly at 5 PM
* If the PVCSD dismisses early due to inclement weather, your child will go home on their regular school bus The PV Children's Center will not operate the PM session

IF WE CLOSE AT 5 PM DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED EARLY ENOUGH IN THE SCHOOL DAY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO ARRIVE BEFORE OR AT 5PM Of course I am concerned for your safety when traveling however, I am also concerned for the safety of my staff -many of which are young drivers I leave the Centers open as a courtesy, if we have parents arriving much past 5 PM, we will start closing when the school cancells after school activities As of right now, we will remain open until 5 pm if the school cancells after school activities

On another note, your January tuition is due on Friday, December 20th Any payments received after December 16th, will not be deposited until after we come back from the holiday break on January 2nd At this time, you can make a monthly payment or pay for a three month period (Jan-Feb-March), receiving a 10% discount Our rates have increased slightly for 2014 I have attached the tuition sheets below

The PVCC Staff is having a holiday get together in early January If you are thinking about gifting the PVCC Staff (which is way to large to gift individually!) why not consider making a donation towards our holiday party-we could celebrate "on our parents!"
