Hi All, Welcome back! We had a wonderful first week of childcare! Just a few reminders: When picking up your child in the afternoon program, you may be asked to give the four digit code-so it helps if you do indeed know the code! Any changes in a child's afterschool schedule must be conveyed to the school district and the Children's Center When alerting us to a change in schedule-please leave a message on the Children's Center answering machine The number at the Elementary School is 845-528-4911 and the Middle School is 845-656-1631 Please leave your child's full name and the date when leaving a message

For the first time ever, the PV Children's Center in the AM, PM and at the Middle School are all full This does not allow for drop in's at this time Things may change slightly in October

The Elementary School program is looking for gently used male or female sweatpants or shorts for when"accidents" occur Please leave at the Center with Rich or Annie

October's tuition is due on Friday, September 20th You may continue to pay on a monthly basis or you may chose to make a periodic payment at this time A periodic payment is for the months of October, November and December Periodic payments receive a 10% discount Attached below are all tuition sheets The type of tuition payment is indicated in the upper right hand corner of the different pages below

At this time, you should also be thinking about signing up for full day care on Tuesday, November 5th The Children's Center will be open at the PV Elementary School from 7 am-6pm We will however be traveling off-site for most of the day We will be visiting the Bronx Zoo The cost of the trip is $60 We do not offer a sibling discount for trips We are accepting 50 kids and we have approximately 35 already attending The sheet for the trip is also attached below You will see Bronx Zoo trip in the right hand corner

The Children's Center is closed for Columbus Day on Monday, October 14th

The PV Children's Center tuition will raise slightly in January 2014 We raise it every other year by approximately 3% Our day camp rates will also increase slightly in 2014-again by approximately 3%
