Hi Folks, I can not believe we are getting ready to go back to school already! I hope you all had a restful summer with your families

By now, you should have received a packet for your child for the 2013-14 school year if you did the early registration deposit with us The packets and balances are due no later than August 26th You can send them return mail with a check enclosed, by fax 845-306-2114 and then pay over the phone with credit card, or swing by Parks and Rec-Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm Failure to comply with the deadline date, may jepardize your child's attendance in September

Some of our session slots are full at this time- All AM's (M-F) are closed and Thurs PM I am asking if you pre-registered your child and your schedule has changed that you can give up a day, please let us know as soon as possible We are trying our hardest to accomodate some of the waiting list children You can reach either Annie or myself by phone 845-526-3292 or via email lkroohs@putnamvalley com or asantaniello@putnamvalley com

Included with your packet was a list of the additional days we will offer childcare when the schools are closed I have attached it below Please note the registration deadlines that I have imposed on each trip is due to my committment to the organization The Bronx Zoo trip is always fun on that November day because it is off season and we have the run of the zoo-we will be only traveling with 50 kids so you may want to secure your space now The Elementary and Middle School are both closed on that date Any children from Kindergarten to grade 8 are welcome to join us
