Hi All, Just a reminder that all Day Camp balances must be paid by June 14th Payment can be made in person at the Recreation office- open 8am-4pm, through the mail 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, NY, 10579 ATTN: Annie Santaniello, or with a credit card by phone 845-526-3292 Unsettled accounts run the risk of their child being released from our day camp program

All applications must be complete for your child to attend camp Pictures are not working through email, they must be handed to us directly Physicals can be faxed 845-526-3179 OR 845-306-2114 (CHECK THAT NUMBER ANN!) We are aware that some physicals are scheduled throughout June, the must be received at the Recreation office before your child can attend camp

On the first day of camp make allowances with your time to check your child in with our Staff Your child will be turned away if there is a balance on the account or if the application is not complete WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT OR MISSING PIECES OF APPLICATIONS ON THAT DAY!
