PV Children's Center Message
Dear Parents,
YOUR TUITION PAYMENT IS DUE ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH THIS MONTH YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY PERIODIC (OCT NOV DEC) OR MONTHLY PAYMENT
Paying periodiclly is a onetime payment for OCTOBER-NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2012, YOU WILL RECIVE A 10% DISCOUNT FOR PAYING PERIODICLLY THE 10% IS ALREADY REFLECTED IN THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE
IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT SCHEDULED TO USE THE CENTER ON THE 20TH, YOU MAY DROP YOUR TUITION PAYMENT AT THE PARKS AND REC OFFICE-OPEN FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
TUITION PAYMENTS MAY ALSO BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE, ATTN: CHILDREN’S CENTER AND THEN GIVEN TO YOUR CHILD’S TEACHER FOR PLACEMENT INTO THE CHILDREN’S CENTER MAILBOX AT EITHER SCHOOL
CREDIT CARD TUITION PAYMENTS MAY ONLY BE MADE AT PARKS AND RECREATION IN PERSON OR BY TELEPHONE 845-526-3292
PLEASE INCLUDE A 10 % LATE FEE TO PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 20TH OF THE MONTH
