Dear Parents,

TUITION IS DUE FOR ON MONDAY, 12/20

At this point in time, you may pay on a monthly basis or pay periodically for January, February, and March-with paying periodically you receive a 10% discount Please note that the tuition sheet is back to back Next month we will be attempting to go paperless with tuition payments We will send them out electronically on the 15th of the month On each site we will have hard copies if you are technologically challenged! We will not be receipting your January tuition payment because these monies are applied towards our 2011 fiscal year Receipts will be issued after January 4th; they can be found in the Visitor Log binder located at the back table in both Centers However, cash and credit card payments can be made; they will be receipted at time of payment
You may also make payments at Parks and Recreation Department between the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday All credit card payments must be made at the Parks and Recreation Office in person or by telephone TUITION IS DUE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CHILD ATTENDS ON THE 20TH OF THE MONTH OR NOT! Due to a large amount of late payments-Please add the late fee of 10% to your payment, if you will be submitting it late If it is not your child’s regular day to attend, you may certainly send payment in with your child in an envelope marked PV Children’s Center and the teacher can place it into our mailbox in the main office Thanks-
