YOUR MONTHLY OR PERIODIC TUITION PAYMENT IS DUE ON MARCH 22TH

  • AT THIS POINT IN TIME YOU MAY PAY ON A MONTHLY BASIS-DUE ON THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH

  • YOU MAY CHOOSE TO PAY PERIODICALLY-APRIL, MAY, AND JUNE, RECEIVING A 10% DISCOUNT

*EACH FORM IS LABELED ON TOP

  • IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT SCHEDULED TO USE THE CENTER ON THE 20TH, YOU MAY DROP YOUR TUITION PAYMENT AT THE PARKS AND REC OFFICE-OPEN FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

    • TUITION PAYMENTS MAY ALSO BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE, ATTN: CHILDREN’S CENTER AND THEN GIVEN TO YOUR CHILD’S TEACHER FOR PLACEMENT INTO THE CHILDREN’S CENTER MAILBOX AT EITHER SCHOOL

  • CREDIT CARD TUITION PAYMENTS MAY ONLY BE MADE AT PARKS AND RECREATION

• PLEASE INCLUDE A 10 % LATE FEE TO PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 20TH OF THE MONTH
